Konaktive ("we", "us", or "our"), the company behind Calclity.com, is committed to protecting your privacy. The data controller responsible for your personal data is Konaktive, the operator of https://calclity.com. For all privacy-related enquiries, contact us at info@calclity.com.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as we do not engage in large-scale processing of sensitive personal data. However, all privacy requests are handled directly by our team.

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect any other data you do not explicitly provide.

When you visit the Site, our servers and third-party analytics services may collect:

c) Calculator inputs
All calculations are performed entirely within your browser. We do not receive, store, or process any values you enter into our calculators. No calculator data is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We use Google AdSense (provided by Google LLC) to display advertisements on the Site. 6. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (including Google) process data on servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or adequacy decisions (e.g., EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, then securely deleted.
- Analytics data: Retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (reduced from the default 26 months).
- Advertising data: Governed by Google's own retention policies.
